Program Officer — Governance

UNDP Haiti is recruiting a Program Officer for its governance portfolio. You will support the design, implementation, and monitoring of programs on civic engagement, anti-corruption, and local government strengthening. 2-year fixed-term position based in Port-au-Prince with frequent field travel across Haiti.

• Master's degree in public policy, international development, or related field • Minimum 5 years of program management experience, preferably in Haiti or the Caribbean • Strong grant management and M&E skills • Fluent English and French; Haitian Creole strongly preferred
