Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant — Remote

We're seeking an experienced M&E consultant to lead a 6-month engagement with a USAID-funded education program in Haiti. Fully remote, with 2 possible trips to Haiti over the engagement.

• 7+ years M&E experience, preferably in education sector • USAID 2 CFR 200 compliance familiarity • Strong English writing; French or Haitian Creole required
