The Bonjanjob.com website is a subsidiary of Maestro Media (Haiti).
As used in these Terms of Use, the terms "Bonjanjob.com", "we", "us" and "our" refer to a subsidiary of Maestro Media which is the bonjanjob.com website.

Maestro Media is based in Haiti, and the Site is hosted in the United States, and operated from Haiti. You are prohibited from accessing or using the Website from any jurisdiction where the content, services or any of the features, functionality, tools or promotions offered on or through the Website are illegal. If you access the Website from a location outside the United States and Haiti, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including export laws and all local regulations and laws regarding online conduct and content.

Although some Content is publicly available, you must create a User account before you can use any of the Services.
4. User Conduct Guidelines
You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF IMPLIED TERMS, OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY. ACCORDINGLY, ONLY THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION 6 THAT ARE LEGAL IN YOUR JURISDICTION WILL APPLY TO YOU, AND OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW.

The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

Any notice or other communication permitted or required hereunder, including those regarding changes to the Terms, will be in writing and given by Maestro Media (i) by email (in each case to the address you provide), or (ii) by posting on the Website. For notices sent by e-mail, the date on which such notice is transmitted will be considered the date of receipt.
8.3 Waiver
Our failure to exercise any right or enforce any obligation under these Terms of Use or to take action with respect to a breach by you or others shall not constitute a waiver of such right, obligation or breach. The waiver of any right, obligation or breach will only be effective if made in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Maestro Media. In addition, no waiver granted in any case shall constitute a waiver in any other case.
8.4 Severability
Except as otherwise provided in the Terms, if an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms to be invalid, void or unenforceable, in whole or in part, for any reason, the offending provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permissible and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

The titles of the Terms are for convenience of reference only and do not limit or otherwise affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision hereof.
8.6 Construction
In the Terms, unless the context otherwise requires: (i) "herein", "hereunder" and similar terms mean the Terms collectively and as a whole, and not just the specific section, paragraph or clause in which the term appears; (ii) "or" connotes any combination of all or part of the items listed; and (iii) "including" (and any of its derived forms) means "including, but not limited to".
